Ariana Brents grew up in Longmont, Colorado and has a deep connection to her hometown and the community she was raised in. Her passion for community guided her to completing her Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global. Currently she is working on becoming proficient in Spanish to be able to help teach her daughter the language and to communicate with others. 

When she is not working on obtaining certifications and learning spanish she enjoys baking with her daughter, reading fiction and nonfiction novels, crocheting, and getting outside with family. 

Ariana values practicing empathy, kindness and fostering open communication which she feels is key to an efficient and inclusive community.
